Thomas Imwald (Thoman im Waldt auff Aldein) of Aldein, an Anabaptist martyr, was put to death at Fill in the Adige Valley, Tyrol, on 16 November 1529, with Georg Frick and two other brethren and four sisters of his faith. In his cross-examination he said he had been baptized by Georg Blaurock.
