The Swanson Church of God in Christ, Mennonite congregation near Swanson, Saskatchewan, Canada was established in 1978. The congregation started when families began to move to the area from Linden, Alberta in 1977. Other families came from the Hague, Saskatchewan area.

The congregation organized on 10 June 1978. Initially, the congregation met in homes, and then in a former schoolhouse.
