The St. Ann's Community Church at St. Ann's, ON began services in 1967, and formally organized in 1976. The first building was occupied in 1971. Henry H. Wiebe is considered the founding leader of the group.

The congregation originated through outreach by the Vineland Mennonite Brethren Church after the United Church congregation closed. St. Ann's was unaffiliated and interdenominational originally, but eventually became part of the Ontario Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches and Canadian Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches.

In 1975 there were 130 members; in 2000, 137. The language of worship is English.
