Jacob Pietersz Spis, born in 1725, died 13 December 1810, at [[Hoorn (Noord-Holland, Netherlands)|Hoorn]], was the last untrained minister of the Mennonite congregation at Hoorn, Dutch province of [[North Holland (Netherlands)|North Holland]].
