The Siloam Springs Amish Mennonite Church in Clayton, Illinois, USA was established in 1992. The congregation started when New Boston Amish Mennonite church members migrated to Clayton to form a more conservative Beachy Amish congregation.

In 2006, Siloam Springs retained the the German language in worship services unless there was a visitor who did not understand German. They held Sunday School every other Sunday and dressed similarly to the New Order Amish.

In 2018 the church was a member of the Midwest Beachy Amish Mennonite Church and had a membership of 100. The bishop was Wilmer Byler, and the ministers were Nelson Schrock and Marvin Ray Yoder.
