Heinrich Schuster, an Anabaptist, who was imprisoned at Kirweiler in the Palatinate together with Hans Arbeiter for 29 weeks from 18 July 1568. The two had been sent as missioners to the Palatinate by the Hutterites in Moravia. The sheriff (Scherg) refused to arrest the two men, saying to the magistrate (Schultheiss), "I will not submit to the order to arrest these men who are much more pious than I; if I had known of the order to arrest them, I would have warned them."
