Schönwiese Mennonite Church, Alexandrovsk (now Zaporizhia), Ukraine, was a branch of the Kronsweide Mennonite Church. Some of the ministers who served the church and lived in the village of Schönwiese were Peter Krahn, Jakob Janzen, and Peter Janzen. A meetinghouse was erected in Schönwiese in 1862. In distinction from the Chortitza Mennonite Church, which was of Flemish background, this church was Frisian.
