San Marcos Mennonite Church is located in Guaimaca, Honduras. The church originated in 1975.

In 2014 the church had 44 members and was a member of the Mennonite Christian Fellowship. The ministerial team was comprised of Bishop Ervin Schlabach and Ministers Glen Hochstetler and Urie Kanagy.
