Raisin Community Church (Raisin City, California, USA).
The Raisin Community Church in Raisin City, California was organized in 1908 as the Raisin City Church of the Brethren. In 1964 the congregation called as pastor Elton Berg, a student at the Mennonite Brethren Biblical Seminary in Fresno. Following Berg's resignation in 1965, the church entered into a five-year agreement with the seminary, in which the seminary agreed to provide ministers from its student body for the Raisin City Church. The seminary provided several ministers over the ensuing years. In 1971 the Raisin City Church voted to become a member congregation of the Pacific District Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches.
The church closed in 1992.
