The first edition is of 1713; the following editions, 1734 and 1756, are with notes. This psalter contains the whole collection of 150 Old Testament psalms. In this edition a number of psalms were taken from the [[Amsterdam (Noord-Holland, Netherlands)|Amsterdam]] psalter of 1684 ([[Psalmen Davids, De|De Psalmen Davids, nieuwlyx op rym-maat gestelt]]), but most of them were revised (by Vondel, Pieter Cornelisz Hooft, Reinier Rooleeuw, Jacob Westerbaen, and others). This psalter was also introduced in the Mennonite congregation of De Rijp and a few other congregations. In Haarlem it was used until about 1804.
