Prairie Mennonite Church is located in Blooming Prairie, Minnesota, USA. The church originated in 1974.

In 2014 the church had 54 members and was a member of the Midwest Mennonite Fellowship. The congregational leader was Bishop Dennis Martin, Ministers Dwight Burkholder and Peter Peters, and Deacon Warren Nolt.
