Plainview Gospel Fellowship in Guys Mills, Pennsylvania, USA, was established in 1979. Members came from Maple Grove Amish Mennonite Church and the Old Order Amish.
In 2017 the church was a member of the Beachy Amish Mennonite Fellowship and had 86 members. The church was served by Bishop Roy Hershberger, Deacon Crist R. Miller, and Ministers John Nisley and John M. Yoder.
