View source for Peter Vrancken (d. BEF 1547)

Peter Vrancken (Vrencken), an [[Anabaptism|Anabaptist]] martyr, a brother-in-law of the martyr [[Metken (d. 1547)|Metken]]. In her trial Metken related that Peter had been beheaded at Born, duchy of Jülich, Germany, but did not give the date of his execution. Though the exact date is therefore not known, it must have happened before 1547, when Metken was put to death.
