The Owen Sound Mennonite Fellowship began services about 1996. In 1998 the group met biweekly for Bible study, prayer, discussion and fellowship.

Lay leaders Elly and Craig Breen served in 1998 as congregational leaders. The group has been affiliated with the Mennonite Conference of Eastern Canada. The language of worship is English.
