Old Mother Gochenour

Old Mother Gochenour, one of the last surviving members of the early Mennonite settlement in Page County, Virginia, lived above Stony Man in the northern part of the county. Her home was one of the last preaching points for Mennonites in Page County at the close of the 19th century.
