Neu-Sommerfeld was a Mennonite colony founded in 2010 in the Caaguazú Department in Paraguay. In 2020 the population of the colony was estimated at approximately 101 to 500 individuals and the land area comprised of 8,800 hectares. The colonists came primarily from Sommerfeld (Paraguay).
