The Neilburg Church of God in Christ, Mennonite congregation began services in the 1980s. Harold Wiebe is considered the founding leader of the group.

The Neilbug Church of God in Christ, Mennonite congregation in Neilburg, Saskatchewan, Canada had its roots in families moving from Abbotsford, British Columbia seeking a more rural setting than the Fraser Valley. The first families moved in 1976/77.

At first, the congregation met in homes. In 1979 it purchased a property northwest of Neilburg and used a farmhouse on the property for the church and for school. In fall 1979 it moved a former school building on to the property to use for worship services. In November 1985 it moved into a newly constructed church. A new three-classroom school was built in 1997.

While most families moved to Neilburg in order to farm, many also supplemented income with carpentry, trucking, manufacturing, and other similar trades.

In 2020 the congregation was part of the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite. The minister was Danny Toews.
