Michiel Jansz (d. 1551?)

Michiel Jansz (Janszoon), a native of Oosterhout in Brabant, Netherlands, who (according to the confession of Jan van Sol at Brussels in 1550) moved from the Netherlands to Danzig, West Prussia, Germany. Here he and Thonis Barbier were "buyldrager," i.e., deacons for the care of the poor of the congregation. Shortly before 1550 he died at Elbing. He is not identical with the two foregoing Michiel Jansens.
