Marie Baernt Gerytsdochter, a native of Achtersloot near [[IJsselstein (Utrecht, Netherlands)|IJsselstein]], Dutch province of [[Utrecht (Netherlands)|Utrecht]], who had been (re) baptized in the spring of 1534 by [[Gerrit van Benschop (d. 1535)|Gerrit Ghysen]] of [[Benschop (Utrecht, Netherlands)|Benschop]] in his house at Benschop. She was apprehended in May 1544 and executed at The Hague on 26 June 1545, by drowning.
