Johann Müller b. 1802 at Einsiedel, Galicia, d. there on 2 March 1857, was the father of the estate dealer (Güterhändler) Peter Müller. He was elected elder 1839. He maintained a lively correspondence with the Mennonites in South Germany and Prussia and visited the latter. In 1849 he bought a part of the estate Horozanna near Falkenstein and there with others established a new settlement.
