Living Stones Mennonite Christian Church held their first service on 31 March 2013, Easter Sunday. The congregation, led by Jonathan Deng, received support from Mennonite Church British Columbia Evangelism & Church Development, Living Hope Christian Fellowship, and other Mennonite Church congregations. The church is a Mandarin-speaking congregation.

In 2013 the church was comprised of two cell groups meeting in the Fleetwood area of Surrey and in the South Surrey/White Rock area. At the end of 2013 attendance averaged 20.
