Little Bow Hutterite Colony in Champion, Alberta, was founded in 1983 as a division from the New York Hutterite Colony.

A daughter colony of the Little Bow Hutterite Colony is the Shadow Ranch Hutterite Colony (Airdrie, Alberta, Canada).

In 2017 Little Bow Hutterite Colony was a Dariusleut colony.
