Lydia (Leichty) Lehman, born 28 September 1884, died 16 December 1969, was active in the Mennonite Church (MC) as a missionary, editor, and Mennonite Central Committee worker. She married M. C. Lehman in August 1905. They were parents of two daughters and one son.

A missionary in India from 1906-1930, Lydia wrote Gospel Herald articles to inform people of Indian widows, victims of leprosy (Hansen's disease), and Bible women (lay evangelists); to express the pain of boarding school parent-child separation; to request prayer and workers.
