Langenbach, Velten (16th century)

Velten Langenbach from Nieuwstadt near Sittard, now Dutch province of Limburg, was the author of the song written in the middle of the 16th century, "Von Herzen muss ich singen," which gives his name in acrostic. Nothing else is known of him.
