Landsdienaren

Landsdienaren, a name used by the Dutch Mennonites who were united in the Frisian Conference (Friesche Societeit) of the province of North Holland and given to the elders in charge of the conference. After the 18th century the name, sometimes also used in the Flemish groups, is no longer found.
