When an attempt to buy a former Salvation Army building failed the group began to decline. At first meeting in the St. Laurent MB building it moved in 2006 to Verdun and began helping immigrants. Initial pastoral funding ran out but it remained a C2C church plant. When an attempt to buy a former Salvation Army building failed the group began to decline.
