Iowa Experiment of the Stauffer Mennonite Church in Osceola County (1887-1915). Stauffer Mennonites from Ontario and from Lancaster and Snyder counties, Pennsylvania, established a settlement in the frontier country of northwestern Iowa where they could be isolated from the influence of Mennonite churches from which they had separated.
