The Iglesia La Mizpa in Santa Isabel de Rio Cuarto, de Grecia, Alajuela, Costa Rica was established in 1977. The congregation resulted from mission outreach by Beachy Amish Mennonites following colonization by some Beach Amish families that began in 1968.

In 2017 the church was a member of the Beachy Amish Mennonite Fellowship and had a membership of 42. The bishop was Juan Marcos Paniagua.
