The Iglesia Cristiana Lirio de los Valles of San Salvador, El Salvador was established in 1984. The congregation resulted from mission outreach by Beachy Amish Mennonites following development work by Amish Mennonite Aid that began in 1962.

In 2017 the church was a member of the Beachy Amish Mennonite Fellowship and had a membership of 22. The bishop was Arthur Nisly and the minister was Santos Reyes Aguilar.

The conference in El Salvador is called Iglesia Evangélica Menonita, El Salvador.
