Jacob Hendriks (Hendricx, Henrixen, Hendrikse), (later called Jacob Hendrics Smit), until his death in 1724 a Mennonite preacher of the United Flemish and Waterlander Noorderkaai congregation at [[Blokzijl (Overijssel, Netherlands)|Blokzijl]], Dutch province of [[Overijssel (Netherlands)|Overijssel]], was charged by the Reformed classis of Vollenhove with [[Socinianism|Socinianism]] and suspended from his ministry by the States of Overijssel on 1 August 1684.
