St. Jacobs, ON. Located in Conestogo. The congregation dissolved in 1928. It had been affiliated with the Mennonite Brethren in Christ since 1883. The language of worship was English.

The congregation began services in 1875, and formally organized in 1885. The congregation originated through division from the Mennonite Conference of Ontario over acceptance of revivalism. It was part of the Breslau Mennonite Brethren in Christ membership.
