Fargo-Moorhead Faith Mennonite Fellowship (Fargo, North Dakota, USA)
In the late 1970s, the Northern District of the General Conference Mennonite Church began to consider planting a church in the Fargo, North Dakota-Moorhead, Minnesota area with the assistance of the Casselton Mennonite Church. A small group began to meet in 1984 for Bible study, led by Casselton's pastor, Harold Nussbaum.
In 1986, Ernest and Lila Neufeld moved to Fargo to organize a congregation. They rented space in the Free Methodist Church. The North Central Conference of the Mennonite Church also supported the effort.
In October 1987, the group purchased a combination church and parsonage and held an opening service on 7 February 1988.
Fargo-Moorhead Faith Mennonite Fellowship joined the Northern District and the General Conference Mennonite Church in 1992, as well as the North Central Conference of the Mennonite Church.
The Fargo-Moorhead Faith Mennonite Fellowship was last listed in the 1997 Mennonite Yearbook. It appeared to close after the Neufelds moved away.
