Jakob Egli, an Anabaptist of Grüningen in the Swiss canton of Zürich, who was seized in 1639 and held in chains for 70 weeks in the convent dungeon at Oethenbach, which caused his death. His farm was rented for an annual fee of 500 guilders, which were put into the state treasury.
