Stayner, ON. Located seven miles east of Stayner on the north side on Concession 13. In 1900 there were 78  members; in 1925, 88; in 1950, 55. The congregation dissolved in the 1960s. It has been affiliated with the [[Mennonite Brethren in Christ|Mennonite Brethren in Christ]] (1883-1947) and the [[United Missionary Church|United Missionary Church]] (1947-1960s). The language of worship was English.

The former Ebenezer United Missionary Church and its adjacent cemetery are located in a rural location about 12 km. northeast of the town of Stayner, Ontario, Canada. Its rural area is commonly known as Sunnidale. It has also often been called the Sunnidale United Missionary Church or the Jack Lake United Missionary Church.  
  
A new building was occupied in 1948. The original church building was destroyed by fire in 1947. The congregation originated through division from the [[Mennonite Conference of Ontario and Quebec|Mennonite Conference of Ontario]].

The congregation was founded near the end of the 19th century and was part of a pastoral circuit that also included congregations at Stayner and Wasaga Beach. The congregation had been affiliated with the [[Mennonite Brethren in Christ|Mennonite Brethren in Christ Church]] (1883-1947) and the [[United Missionary Church]] (1947-1963).
