The Old Order Amish settlement between Fort Fairfield and Easton, Maine, USA, began in 2007 when several "Joe Troyer" Swartzentruber Amish moved to the area from Heuvelton, New York. Fort Fairfield is virtually on the Canada-USA border in northern Maine. Later Amish families also came from Iowa, Kentucky, Missouri and elsewhere.

As conservative Swartzentruber Amish, Easton Amish families light their homes with oil lamps, instead of propane. The businesses that require power use diesel engines that drive a line shaft and belt.

In addition to farming, the settlement includes a sawmill, several bakeries, mini-barn manufacturing and metal roof installation.

In 2017 the Easton settlement included one district (congregation) with about 30 families.
