Ndabenduku Dlodlo (d. 1975), churchman, was the son of a Lindebele chief under the renowned Matabele King Lobengula. His first contact with Brethren in Christ work was at the Mapane outstation church and school. He became a Christian (1909) and was baptized in 1911 by Bishop Henry Steigerwald. He began outstation work as an assistant in 1916 at Mapane and later at Suzana Mine.

He married Zihlatshana Magutshwa from Nsezi. The Lord blessed them with seven children. In 1919 Dlodlo moved to Nsezi where he ministered as pastor-teacher until 1930. Also in that year he was appointed an overseer. In this role he provided leadership for the Brethren in Christ Matopo District. He was ordained to the ministry in 1944. His work was characterized by integrity and total commitment; in his preaching he pointed out the dangers of sin and called for high standards of Christian living.
