The Deep Run West Mennonite Church (MC USA) is located in Perkasie, Pennsylvania. It originally was a member of the Eastern District of the General Conference Mennonite Church. At the time of the 1847 division in the Franconia Mennonite Conference, a group at Deep Run withdrew from the old congregation in 1847 or 1848, but did not organize until 14 May 1849. Its charter, which fixes the official name of the congregation as the Mennonite Society of Deep Run and Plumstead, amended in 1913 and 1950, remains to the present day as the constitution of the congregation. Locally the congregation was known as the "New Mennonite" Church to distinguish it from the original Deep Run Mennonite (MC) Church. In the summer of 1849 the present brick meeting house was built near the meeting house of the original congregation. An addition was made to it in 1949.

Known ministers and their terms of service are: Martin Fretz, 1849-1851; Joseph D. Rosenberger, ca. 1851-1870; Enos F. Loux, ca. 1851-ca. 1865; Jacob S. Moyer, 1871-1883; Allen M. Fretz, 1883-1943; Rüssel Mast, 1940-1945; Herbert Fretz, 1945-1953; Claude Boyer, 1953-  .

The Sunday school was organized about 1876, and in 1892 a Christian Endeavor was organized. The membership in 1849 was about 60, in 1899 it was 140, in 1954 it was 244, and in 2007 is was 165.
