Christ City Church in Vancouver, British Columbia began on 22 September 2013. The congregation began meeting in the sanctuary that had belonged to South Hill (formerly Vancouver Mennonite Brethren) Church, which had closed earlier in 2013. The pastor, Brett Landry, had apprenticed with Westside Church, the sending congregation for Christ City.
