The Carrot River Church of God in Christ, Mennonite congregation began services in the 1980s. It operates Pasquia Hills Christian School. Ministers John Boese and Leland Penner served in 2009 as non-salaried congregational leaders. In 2000 there were 77 members; in 2009 107. The congregation has been affiliated with the Church of God in Christ, Mennonite. The language of worship is English. 

The church is located six miles north and 12 miles east of Carrot River.
