Calvary Bible Fellowship is located in Mount Perry, Ohio, USA. The church originated in 1970 when Old Order Amish from Geauga County, Ohio settled in the area to form a New Order Amish church. In 2018 the church had 52 members and was a member of the Mennonite Christian Fellowship. The ministerial team included Bishop Enos Byler, Minister Dwight Troyer, and Deacon David Troyer.
