The California Mennonite Brethren Youth Bible Camp was an annual program of the [[Pacific District Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches (United States Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches)|Pacific District Mennonite Brethren]] Youth Fellowship committee for high school and young adults. The high-school-age camp was conducted during the second whole week of July and the young adult camp during the three-day Labor Day week end. Both camps were scheduled for the Hartland Bible Conference Grounds near Badger, [[California (USA)|California]] The committee was first organized in October 1948. Each year on the evening preceding the regular District Conference, the Youth Fellowship had its report and election meeting. Youth delegates from all of the churches (each delegate representing 15 young people—high school through 30 years) selected the officers for the coming year. The term of office was three years. The committee included five young people and three adult advisers. The Youth Fellowship elected the five young people and one adult adviser. The other adult advisers were elected by the District Conference.
