Blacksmith (d. 1551)

Blacksmith, an Anabaptist martyr whose name is unknown, was put to death by beheading at Komen (Commines) in Flanders, Belgium, in 1551. He was executed in prison rather than in public because the authorities feared a popular demonstration.
