Black Oak Mennonite Church (Mennonite Church) is located at 2247 Stoneybreak Road, Warfordsburg  Pennsylvania in southern Fulton County. It was organized in 1953 and is a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference of Mennonite Church USA. In 1959 its membership was 53, with Michael M. Horst as its pastor. In 2008 Black Oak had 31 members; its pastor was Richard Rutherford.
