Birch Bay Bible Community Church (formerly Blaine Mennonite Brethren Church), of Blaine, Whatcom County, Washington, is located within eight miles (13 km) of the Canadian border, a mile from the Pacific. It is a member of the Pacific District Conference. It was organized in 1937 with 23 members and grew to 182 by 1953. A new building completed in 1949 replaced the original assembly hall. A multi-purpose structure was completed in 1982.
