Verhogingsfonds: see Fonds tot verhooging van Doopsgezinde Leeraars tractementen. Be­sides the Fund mentioned there, another Ver­hogingsfonds existed, established in 1865 by some Mennonites of Amsterdam, whose functions were assumed by the Fund founded in 1911.
