Birdaard is a town in the Dutch province of Friesland, where Leenaert Bouwens baptized 10 persons in 1563-1565, and another 15 in 1568-1582. Nothing is known of a congregation of Birdaard. The Mennonites of this town may have joined a congregation in the neighborhood.
